Cencap FCU has merged with Self-Help Federal Credit Union. We are now Cencap, a division of Self-Help Federal Credit Union. The merger took effect on Saturday, November 1, 2025. We are continuing to serve our diverse communities in underserved areas in and around Hartford with better rates and expanded products and services.
